Read why our community finds WikiDM an indispensable tool for learning.
The efforts of ISDM’s WikiDM are to bring together the entire galaxy of resources, learning artefacts and Development Management paradigms that all of us need in order to improve, scale and make our work reach more communities and people. The platform is soon going to be the apex of cutting edge digital knowledge and teaching learning innovation for the social impact space. ISDM is continuously responding to the needs of the social impact ecosystem and we are eager to hear from our users to make this platform even more future-ready and future-forward.
As part of ISDM’s attempts to strengthen the social sector, it’s Development Management and Leadership capacities, WikiDM is a very very powerful initiative where we are creating digital resources to reach people and practitioners across the country. These resources, templates, framework, have been curated as part of collaborative work with Subject Matter Experts and Practitioners. We look forward to your input and suggestion to make this initiative more relevant for you. In time we hope this becomes your go-to platform to access knowledge, tools and resources on Development Management
The manifestation of our commitment to the lifelong learning of our alumni and students is taking shape through the idea of WikiDM. This initiative will make accessible, usable, practical framework, theories and knowledge artefacts on Development Management relevant for your work and growth. We encourage you to engage and help us continuously improve on this idea to help us serve you and the larger community better.
Given the size, scope, and scatter of the field of Development on one hand, and the scarcity of high-quality subject matter experts on the other, Technology is the only recourse available to empower the committed and dedicated scores of change makers out there in the field of Development Sector with contemporary and relevant knowledge most effectively.
This is a very useful and timely initiative to co-create a repository of cutting edge knowledge, on-ground experiences and the impact of interventions for SPOs. Kudos to the team.
Social Purpose Organisations need always help and this could be a useful resource for them to have.

Social Purpose Organisations need always help and this could be a useful resource for them to have.
Leaders in the Social Development Sector are entrusted to address complex social issues, often referred to as ‘wicked’ problems and increasingly now, at scale. Furthermore, the ecosystem in which Social Purpose Organisations function, is changing rapidly, with growing inequities, the climate crisis, and a large population without access to basic needs. This change, however, has brought about the opportunity to transform the paradigm, creating space for all to thrive and flourish. Social Purpose Organisations, therefore, have a moral imperative to build their leadership and management skills to be able to create the future in a systemic, collaborative, and regenerative way.
