About ISDM
ISDM is India’s first-of-its-kind institute for development management, established to transform the way Social Sector Organisations are built, led and managed for sustained impact at scale. The vision of ISDM is to catalyse an ecosystem for Development Management (DM) in the country. This domain transcends the exclusive silos of ‘development perspectives’ and ‘management principles’. Towards this, we work on addressing three critical gaps in the ecosystem:
- Talent Gap: Building high quality management talent for the social sector (Post Graduate Program in Development Management)
- Practice Gap: Building stronger organisations by strengthening the practice of management in the sector (Strategic Capacity Building)
- Knowledge Gap: Catalysing a body of knowledge for development management (Global Knowledge Hub)
Program Overview
The Results-Based Program Management — a certificate program by ISDM, equips you with contemporary, sector relevant perspectives and skills to manage complex development programs delivering lasting change at scale. Learn from a curriculum designed for the Indian development sector and hone your expertise to become an authentic Program Management Professional. Program Schedule and Fees
- 60 hrs of program spread over 3 months
- Learning sessions on Saturdays and mentoring sessions on select Fridays.

She holds significant positions as a founder and board member in some of the development organisations. Currently, she is serving as an Director, Academics at ISDM.
Munish Kaushik
Facilitator: Contextual Framework for Program Management in Development Workshops
With two decades of extensive work experience in the field of disaster management and serving as a core group member of the National Disaster Management Authority. He has played a key role in drafting policy for the 'Role of Communities in Disasters'. With his wide experience in designing capacity-building processes and strengthening organizational systems, he is currently supporting the Delhi government on education reform.

He is an Economist from Delhi School of Economics and a known trainer with over 15 years’ experience in Program/Project Management, behavioural change training, organization development processes and leadership processes.

Sajit has over 15 years of experience working in various social purpose organizations.. As part of his current responsibilities, Sajit is working to build knowledge infrastructure in collaboration with other teams. Sajit is in-charge of the ISDM library and digital knowledge repositories.
Saiju Chacko
Facilitator: Theoretical and Contextual Foundations and Application of Results-Based Program Management.
A development consultant with 18+ years of experience in capacity building, project evaluation, and organizational development. Previously with ASK and MPSSS, now work independently, supporting NGOs with training, M&E systems, and strategic planning across rights-based initiatives.
